By accessing and using Carzti, you agree to these terms and conditions.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Carzti platform, operated by Carzti SAL ("we", "us", or "our") located in Beirut, Lebanon.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

2. Platform Services
Carzti provides online car auction and marketplace services.

Our Services Include:

  • Online car auction platform for buyers and sellers
  • Vehicle inspection and verification services
  • Secure payment processing and transaction facilitation
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and identity services
  • Customer support and dispute resolution
3. User Responsibilities
All users must follow these guidelines to maintain platform integrity.

Required Actions

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Complete KYC verification before bidding or selling
  • Honor winning bids and purchase commitments
  • Pay all applicable fees and charges
  • Comply with all Lebanese laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

  • Misrepresenting vehicle condition or history
  • Bid manipulation or fraudulent bidding
  • Using the platform for illegal activities
  • Attempting to bypass platform fees
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior
4. Auction Rules and Procedures
Fair and transparent auction guidelines for all participants.

For Sellers

  • • Provide accurate vehicle descriptions
  • • Allow professional inspections
  • • Set reasonable reserve prices
  • • Honor sale commitments

For Buyers

  • • Complete KYC before bidding
  • • Bid only with genuine intent
  • • Pay within specified timeframe
  • • Arrange vehicle pickup promptly
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Transparent pricing structure for platform services.

Buyer Fees

Buyer's premium of 5% of winning bid price (minimum $100)

Seller Fees

Listing fee of $50 + 3% of final sale price

Payment Terms

Payment due within 48 hours of auction end. Late payments subject to fees.

Platform Limitation

Carzti acts as a platform facilitator. We do not own, sell, or guarantee vehicles. All transactions are between buyers and sellers.

While we strive to provide accurate information and secure services, users are responsible for their own due diligence and decision-making.
